At the University of Law, we have a global outlook and connect across different cultures. We are a diverse, inclusive community where everyone is welcomed and valued, and our differences are a source of strength. All staff and students are expected to treat others with dignity and respect, embracing diversity of experience and background that allows people to do their best and thrive.

The University has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying or harassment of any kind and has developed codes of behaviour for staff and students together with this reporting for those experiencing unacceptable behaviour. The University’s Dignity at Work and Study Policy provides a framework for challenging bullying and harassment and the University will support anyone who experiences these behaviours.

To embed the University’s culture of inclusivity we invite staff and students to engage with e-learning programmes covering sexual consent, becoming an active bystander and online safety. The e-learning is located on ELITE, the University’s Virtual Learning Environment. Please click back to find the joining instructions for accessing the e-learning
