  • This is a referral form for the Sexual Misconduct Liaison Advice Service at the University of Law.
  • The SMLA service operates Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.  If you require urgent in-the moment advice, please contact Rape Crisis 24/7 Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Line on 0808 500 2222.
  • This form will be allocated to the SMLA team. We accept both self-referrals and referrals on behalf of ULaw students and staff and endeavour to respond within 2 working days. We will only accept referrals for those who have agreed to attend and who are aware that the referral has been made.
  • We ask that you complete as much of the form as possible as it will help us better understand how to support you.  If you cannot complete all the form, please do not worry, this can be requested at a later stage.
