Justice Geoffrey Henderson is a former judge of the International Criminal Court and is a trial judge in the Criminal Division, Judiciary of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Honourable Justice Geoffrey is a graduate of the University of West Indies where he obtained a BA in Sociology with History and then a Bachelor of Law. Subsequently he attended the Hugh Wooding Law School where he obtained his Legal Education Certificate. In 1990, Justice Henderson joined the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions where he practiced extensively in the magistrates’ courts, the Criminal Assizes and the Court of Appeal. Justice Henderson was also an Associate Tutor at the Hugh Wooding Law School. In 2002, he was appointed Director of Public Prosecutions of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago where he served until his appointment as Judge of the High Court in 2009. Justice Henderson sat in both the civil and criminal courts until his nomination and election to serve as a Judge at the International Criminal Court at The Hague.
